Corporate Development – Executive

Responsibilities

Human Resource Assistance

  • Coordinate meetings between the organisation and key stakeholders
  • Support Senior Management team to ensure Staff Handbook and related procedures are up to date and implemented
  • Support HR in the recruitment and shortlisting of potential staff
  • Support employees’ onboarding & offboarding process
  • Support the planning and implementation of employee engagement activities

Administrative Support

  • Oversee facilities management of premise and office assets (e.g. furniture, software & hardware)
  • Support in day-to-day matters such as the purchase & inventory housekeeping of office supplies, booking of conference room, coordination of courier services, office mails and storage management for the team
  • Register staff movement under the company Medical Insurance policy and maintain & renew other office insurance policies (e.g. Work injury compensation insurance)

Competencies

Functional/Technical Competencies

  • Diploma in Human Resource & Business Administration
  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in similar roles
  • Experience in working on multiple projects concurrently
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel
