KidSTART together with our longstanding partner SP Group, will be launching a new initiative centred around the power of learning and relationship building through meaningful play. The launch event is titled PowerUP Playtime and will be graced by Minister for Social and Family Development, Mr. Masagos Zulkifli and feature SP Group’s commitment of another year of $1.1million of support to KidSTART for this purpose.
The event will see families enjoy Play & Learn and Storytelling and Puppet making craft activities; the event will close with a picnic bento dinner and movie under the stars. Under this new initiative, throughout 2025, all KidSTART families can look forward to other Play and Storytelling workshops, and a brand-new learning pack called the PlayFULL pack, which consists of play items curated by the KidSTART team, for children aged 0-6 years old that families can use to enhance learning through play at home and parent-child interactions.
