Volunteering Opportunity: Fresh Food Produce

Calling all drivers! We need support in distributing fresh food packs to KidSTART families.

We are looking for distribution volunteers with their own transport to help make deliveries to our KidSTART families this coming June. Helping children eat healthily will ensure they have a good start in life!

Dates: Wed 21 Aug / Fri 23 Aug / Sat 24 Aug / Mon 26 Aug / Tue 27 Aug

Time: Staggered between 10am – 12.30pm. 

Estimated distribution time: 3-4 hours 

Reporting and collection location: Prudential @ Scotts, 51 Scotts Road S228241 

Requirements:  

  • Each volunteer car will be given 20-25 addresses in 1 region. A physical address list will be given on the day of distribution.
  • Volunteers need to have their own transport (i.e. cars or van).
  • Best to register as a volunteer pair (Driver + Accompanying Passenger). However, individuals are welcome to apply.
  • For parents who would like to bring their children under the age of 18 years along for the distribution, do note that parents will have to be fully liable for them.
