KSL, as the programme owner and driver of KidSTART programme, is also committed to a high standard of service delivery. Where there is sufficient basis to show that any (a) KSL staff, trainee, secondee, intern or volunteer; (b) KSL Board Director; or (c) staff involved in the delivery of KidSTART programme in a KidSTART partner agency, has engaged or is engaging in wrongful practices, investigation will be conducted and disciplinary proceedings may be initiated against him/her.

To enable the investigation, the Whistle-Blower should provide details such as:
– Full name of the whistle blower
– Name(s) of the parties involved;
– The date and time and place of the incident;
– A description of the concern (what happened, and specific behaviours observed that caused concern);
– Frequency of occurrence;
– Evidence, if any ; and
– Any other information that may substantiate the concern.
KSL respects the confidentiality of the whistle-blower and is committed to preserving confidentiality by keeping the report and case information secure and accessible only to designated persons.
