Partnership & Communications – Executive, Partnership and Volunteer

Description

Responsible for supporting the Partnership & Volunteer management team looking into donations, sustaining of partnerships and overseeing administrative matters involving volunteer management.

  • Develop administrative workflows and protocols to support the unit
  • Facilitate the recruitment and call outs for volunteers in relation to the different KidSTART programme needs and corporate initiatives as well as other volunteer-related administrative work (e.g., volunteer engagement, awarding of volunteer hours, certificates/letter)
  • Support Partnerships team with collation and reconciliation of Growing Together funds monthly while working with different teams in the organisation
  • Support all partnership events & initiatives through procurement, liaison of vendors, coordination of logistics and administrative work
  • Support in the collation & coordination of information for partners
  • Support the suitability assessment of all volunteers prior to deployment
  • Work on & maintain volunteer database
  • Work on feedback surveys, putting together data for presentation
  • Work with Comms team to update information on Partnerships & VM on the various KidSTART Comms channels (website, socials & newsletter)

Competencies

  • A keen interest in partnerships & volunteer management
  • Good IT and Microsoft skills (E.g. SalesForce, Microsoft Excel)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Meticulous and good with numbers so as to track, monitor and report utilisation of budgets
  • Most importantly, a positive, can-do attitude
  • Relevant fresh graduates / graduates with tertiary qualifications (Polytechnic and above)
