Healthy with KidSTART

About the programme

Cultivating healthy eating habits from young is important in ensuring that children receive the essential nutrients to support their growth and development. Prudential Singapore has partnered with KidSTART Singapore to bring Healthy with KidSTART programme to families. Through the programme, KidSTART families receive monthly fresh produce packs, access to early childhood nutritional information through cooking demonstrations and recipe card and a healthy plate for children to support healthy food proportioning.

Duration of programme: From January 2020 onwards 

Frequency: Once every month

What families receive when they sign up:

  • Fresh produce packs filled with fresh fruits and vegetables
  • Recipe cards featuring nutritious dishes that are easy to prepare for the entire family
  • Invitation to cooking demonstration workshops by celebrity chefs and events
  • Healthy plate that guides you to prepare better portioned meals for your children

Recipe Cards

Together with Prudential Singapore, KidSTART Singapore distributes monthly fresh food produce to families. Alongside the fresh food packs, recipe cards will also be provided to guide families on how to cook healthy & nutritious dishes. Click on the images below to save the recipes and enjoy cooking!

How do I enrol into the Healthy with KidSTART programme?

The Healthy with KidSTART programme is for KidSTART families only. If you are interested in the programme, please enquire with your KidSTART practitioners on how you can sign up for the programme.

Can I select the items to be included in the bag?

Unfortunately, the items in the bags are predetermined for KidSTART families each month. Each bag consists of 8-10 items that are recommended by our nutrition consultants and are found to be popular choices amongst our families.

What happens if my address has changed? What should I do if I would like to pause/withdraw from the programme?

Kindly inform your KidSTART practitioners or send an email to enquiry@kidstart.sg and we will be able to assist you.
