KidSTART Singapore (KidSTART) and PAP Community Foundation (PCF) jointly launched KidSTART Sparkle Homes in Oct 2025, providing KidSTART families with children enrolled in PCF Sparkletots preschools access to child development items and household appliances to create safer and more conducive homes for children to learn and thrive.
KidSTART families must be nominated by a KidSTART practitioner to be eligible for the KidSTART Sparkle Homes (KSH) initiative. In addition to having a PCF Sparkletots preschool going child(ren), the KidSTART family must also have been on the programme for a minimum period of 8 months.
The launch was held on Saturday, 18 October 2025 and was graced by Mrs Josephine Teo, Minister for Digital Development and Information, Minister-in-charge of Cybersecurity & Smart Nation Group, and Chairman of the PCF Council of Management and Charity Management Council.
